PCS Plasma

Our new Industrial PCS Plasma, is equipped with a 12 metre dry bed, the vacuum system is a Donaldson Torit, the arm holds one plasma torch capable of piercing up to 40mm plate with pin point accuracy, and two oxy heads which cut up to 200mm black steel.

We are currently cutting grade 250 and grade 300 black steel, grade 300 floor plate, bisalloy, and hardox 450.

The Machine uses BTH consumables, made in America, which gives a nice smooth edge, and for the thicker plate, we run nitrogen, keeping the cut as clean as the thinner materials.

The plasma is controlled by a windows xp embedded burny touch screen, with a highly trained operator
